Sydney art events to get your toosh to before the end of March

Already they’ve had Reubszz, Shannon Crees, Silly Pear, Billy Bain, Eve Bracewell, Nina Korgul, Micah Lihachov, and M-lon in on the action. And there’s more to come!

In collaboration with the Inner West Baladurri (Balmain) Festival (20th-28th), three murals will be painted on garage doors facing the park, reflecting how people meet and connect in the space.

As well as being able to watch artists painting live between the 19-28th March, there are also a bunch of events, such as a free mural workshop for kids aged 9-13 (20th March 1-3 pm – bookings essential) and a picnic with the artists (28th March 3 pm – BYO food and rug). This year the artists painting are Mr Mupz, Samuel Hall, Reubszz, Kaína (Native Soul), Sophi Odling and Zachary Bennett-Brook (Salt Water Dreamtime).

It’s worth mentioning that this event is grassroots and is running on crowdfunding. In preparation for this exhibition, Stuart has been gradually painting the whole lane, bringing his exhibition to the street.
